We have partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s most reliable logistics platforms, to manage our shipping and delivery. Shiprocket enables us to deliver across multiple pin codes in India through trusted courier partners.
🔹 Order Processing
All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with tracking details to monitor your shipment status.
🔹 Delivery Timelines
Delivery time may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take a little longer.
Delays due to weather, logistics issues, or public holidays are beyond our control but we will always keep you informed.
🔹 Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on most products unless otherwise specified.
In case of special delivery requests or express shipping, additional charges (if any) will be communicated before dispatch.
🔹 Packaging & Handling
All items are packed securely using protective materials suitable for fragile and “handle with care” products such as imitation jewellery and crockery.
We recommend customers record an unpacking video while opening the package for any exchange or damage-related claims.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete while placing the order.
DesiKhazana® will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
🔹 International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are currently limited to India.
