• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

• Exchange is applicable only in cases of defective or damaged items.

• A clear unpacking video is mandatory as proof for any exchange request. The video must show the parcel being opened for the first time and the defect clearly visible.

• Since our products include fragile and “handle with care” items such as crockery and imitation jewellery, please ensure safe handling while opening.

• Exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the defect is verified and approved by our team.

• Returns are accepted only in case of defective or damaged products.

• If approved after review, the return shipping cost will be borne by DesiKhazana®.

• Refund or replacement will be initiated once the product is received and inspected by our quality team.

• Products without a valid unpacking video will not be eligible for exchange or return.

• Color variation or minor imperfections due to handmade craftsmanship will not be considered defects.
